  • And guided Iesma'eile and Al-Yasa'a and Yunus and Luet [علیھم السلام].

  • Know it; Our Majesty has granted each one of them the uniqueness-sanctity-preference over and above the entire humanity-manifested realm. [6:86]

  • And Our Majesty had deputed Lut [alai'his'slaam] as the Messenger when he said to his nation:

  • "Do you come to such illicit sexual activity that has not a single precedence of practice in the history of the peoples before you? [7:80]

  • Indeed you people come to certain men lustfully-heterosexuality apart from wives.

  • The fact is that you are the people who commit lewdness/excesses/extremities." [7:81]

  • And his nation had no response except that they said to people: "Drive them out of your locality.

  • They are a folk who keep their selves aloof-purified." [7:82]

  • Thereupon, [migration before time and in discharge of Our promise-10:103] Our Majesty rescued him [Lut alai'his'slaam] and his household;

  • Except his wife, she was amongst those who stay behind. [7:83]

  • And We showered upon them sprinters.

  • Therefore, just imagine how and what the upshot of the criminals would have been. [7:84]

  • Thereat, when he noticed that their hands had not forwarded towards the served food;

  • He felt it strange of them, and he felt the perception of slight apprehension from them.

  • [noticing this] They said, "Please be not apprehensive;

  • We have been sent as the Messengers towards the nation of Luet [alai'his'slaam]" [11:70]

  • Resultantly when apprehension vanished from Iebra'heim [alai'his'slaam] and good news had reached him;

  • He started arguing with Our Majesty in the matter of nation of Luet [alai'his'slaam]. [11:74]

  • Indeed Iebra'heim [alai'his'slaam] was certainly a caring and softhearted enduring, imploring, oft returning. [11:75]

  • Our Majesty told him; "O Iebra'heim [alai'his'slaam] you leave aside this topic;

  • Indeed the decision of your Sustainer Lord in this matter has since reached;

  • And the fact is that an irreversible  infliction is approaching them." [11:76]

  • Know it, When Our Messengers came to Luet [alai'his'slaam] he felt distressed by their coming and felt straitened by their presence with uneasiness

  • And said, "This is a distressful day". [11:77]

  • Know it; People of his nation came to him, [joyfully] rushing towards him.

  • And before that they had been doing the evil abominable acts.

  • He said, "O my people listen, it is more appropriate for you people seeking my daughters for  marriage;

  • Therefore, fear Allah the Exalted and you should not humiliatingly embarrass me in the matter of  my guests.

  • Is there not amongst you a man right minded rational one. [11:78]

  • They said: "You are certainly already aware that marrying your daughters is not a matter of interest for us.

  • And you certainly understand what we intend and wish". [11:79]

  • He said, "Wish that there was some power for me to overcome/forcibly convince you or I could take refuge towards a strong support." [11:80]

  • The Messengers consoled him saying: "O Luet [alai'his'slaam], indeed We are the Messengers of your Sustainer Lord; it will never be possible for them to encroach towards you.

  • Therefore, you travel with your household, in the part cut from the night [illusory dawn-54:34]; Take note, not a single one of you people should look back [to see the happenings behind],

  • Take along your household except your wife. Indeed the same infliction is for her which will strike them.

  • Indeed their appointed time is the true dawn.

  • Is the true dawn not so near! [11:81]

  • In keeping with the information given when Our command had reached We made the upper surface of it as its lower surface [by spreading on it layer of  volcano mud].

  • And We showered upon it stones from layers of baked clay. [11:82]

  • Those stones were earmarked by your Sustainer Lord, O you the Messenger,

  • And that land/area is not far off from the wrong-doers/evil mongers [of Mecca]. [11:83]

  • He said, "Now onwards what is your mission, O you the sent ones as Messengers!" [15:57]

  • They replied, "We have indeed/actually been sent towards nation of criminals; [15:58]

  • Except the family and followers of Luet [alai'his'slaam]. Indeed we will rescue them all; [15:59]

  • Excluding his wife; We have already ascertained her;

  • Indeed she is amongst those who stay behind." [15:60]

  • Thereby, to fulfill the mission when the emissaries came to the family of Luet [alai'his'slaam] [15:61]

  • He said to them, "Indeed you are unrecognized-unfamiliar people." [15:62]

  • They said, "In fact we have come to you for that which they kept suspiciously disputing. [15:63]

  • And we have given you the news of absolute and imminent fact;

  • And indeed we are certainly the truthful. [15:64]

  • Therefore you travel with your family in the part cut from night: illusory dawn; and you follow them remaining on their back-posterior;

  • And none of you people should look back; and you all keep going through the course you people have been advised to follow." [15:65]

  • Our Majesty had thus conveyed to him that this is the verdict-command;

  • That the back-posterity of these be cut-annihilated when they enter the true dawn. [15:66]

  • Know it; the inhabitants of the city came to his residence, they were rejoicing. [15:67]

  • He said to them, "Indeed these are my guests, therefore, you people should not let down/embarrass me;  [15:68]

  • And remain mindful and cautious avoiding unrestrained conduct in reverence and fear of Allah the Exalted;

  • And you should not humiliate me." [15:69]

  • They said, "why so, had we not forbidden you regarding other people?" [15:70]

  • He said, "listen, my daughters are the ones who are preferably permissible for marriage if you people intend marriage." [15:71]

  • O you the Messenger [Sal'lallaa'hoalaih'wa'salam]; swearing by your age of life;

  • Indeed they were certainly in blind distracted wandering in their stupefied state. [15:72]

  • Thereby,  the sound blast seized them when were awaking at true dawn. [15:73]

  • Consequently, Our Majesty rendered the upper land surface-layer of city as its beneath layer [by spreading on it layer of volcano mud];

  • And We showered-sprayed upon them stones ejecting from layers of baked clay. [15:74]

  • Indeed in this incident are signs for those who discern-distinguish from signs/marks. [15:75]

  • And indeed that city is certainly at frequented pathway. [15:76]

  • Indeed a guiding sign for the true believers manifesting abhorrence for that sordid act is inherent in this episode. [to abhor that sordid act]. [15:77]

  • They the clergy men asked the ruling elite, "You people burn him and help your iela'aha: godheads if you were the action takers." [21:68]

  • [They did it] Our Majesty commanded, "O Fire! you be cool and of safety for Iebra'heim." [21:69]

  • And they intended with it a plan whereby [by saving Iebra'heim] We made them the greater losers. [since many people became believer]  [21:70]

  • And We delivered him as well as Luet [alai'his'slaam] towards the land [Mecca] in which We had placed blessings for the humanity. [21:71]

  • And We granted him Ies'hauqe [alai'his'slaam] and Ya'qoob [alai'his'slaam]; as unsolicited gift.

  • And all of them We declared that they were the perfectionists. [21:72]

  • And We had made them: the elevated Messengers mentioned hereinbefore, as guides; they guided people in accordance with Our Command: Book;

  • And We had communicated to them to perform acts of decent import; and for maintaining Ass-sa'laat: Time bound protocol of allegiance and servitude; and for paying Az-zaka'at: financial liability for economic uplift of society;

  • And they were sincere subjects and allegiants for Our Majesty. [21:73]

  • And mention about Luet [alai'his'slaam] Our Majesty had given him faculty of decision making- judgment and knowledge;

  • And We rescued him from the locality which used to perform abominable acts.

  • Indeed they were a people evil, deviants who get out of the bounds, restrains. [21:74]

  • And We admitted him- Luet  [alai'his'slaam] in Our Umbrella of Mercy.

  • Indeed he was one the perfectionists. [21:75]

  • And also the people of Iebra'heim [alai'his'slaam] and the nation of Luet [alai'his'slaam] [22:43]

  • The nation of Luet [alai'his'slaam] publicly contradicted those who were sent as Messengers.  [26:160]

  • When their brother, Luet [alai'his'slaam], said to them "Would you people not take heed and be cautious? [26:161]

  • Indeed I am for you people the trusted Messenger. [26:162]

  • Therefore you people be mindful and cautious of Allah the Exalted and listen and accept my word. [26:163]

  • And I do not ask you people; for thatdischarging the entrusted trust, any worldly remuneration

  • My reward is due on none except upon the Sustainer Lord of Worlds [Whose Trust/Assignment is being discharged]. [26:164]

  • "Do you people come to males [heterosexuality] in the whole of people/human history [26:165]
  • And you people leave what your Sustainer Lord has created for you respectively as your mates.
  • The fact is that you are a transgressing people." [26:166]

  • They the ruling elite threatened him, "Indeed if you did not desist, O Luet, certainly you will definitely be amongst those who are ousted [from the city]" [26:67]
  • He - Luet [alai'his'slaam] said, "Indeed I am one of those who abhor the act of you people." [26:168]

  • Luet [alai'his'slaam] prayed, "My Sustainer Lord! Do rescue me and my family/household from that which they people are doing." [26:169]
  • In response We saved - escaped him [Lut alai'his'slaam] and his household; all collectively [26:170]
  • Except an old woman [his wife], she was amongst those who stayed behind.  [26:171]
  • Afterwards [migration before time and rescuing them in discharge of Our promise-10:103] Our Majesty destroyed the others. [26:172]

 

  • And We showered upon them in the manner of sprayingsplinters.
  • Thereat worst was the shower for those who were duly admonished. [26:173]
  • Indeed there is a point for pondering in this disclosure;
  • But most of  them have not been the believers. [26:174]
  • However, fact remains, your Sustainer Lord is certainly He Who is Absolutely Dominant, the Fountain of Infinite Mercy. [26:175]

  • And Our Majesty had deputed Luet [alai'his'slaam] as the Messenger when he said to his nation:

  • "Do you people come to  illicit sexual activity and you people openly watch doing it in group" [27:54]

  • Why is it that you people come to men lustfullyheterosexuality apart from wives?

  • The fact is that you people act on passions/lusts". [27:55]

  • And his nation had no response except that they said to people: "Drive them out of your locality.

  • They are a folk who keep their selves aloof-purified." [27:56]

  • Thereby upon lapse of respite period and in keeping with the promise, Our Majesty escaped him [Lut alai'his'slaam] and companions of his House

  • Except his wife, We had restricted her with those who stayed behind. [27:57]

  • And We showered upon them in the manner of sprayingsplinters.

  • Thereat worst was the shower for those who were duly admonished. [27:58]

For reason/thereat Luet [alai'his'slaam] accepted/believed for him;

and pronounced, "It is certain that I am migrating towards my Sustainer Lord.

Undoubtedly He is the One Who is the All Pervasive/Dominant and eternally The Wise/Knower of invisible/ secreted/infolded". [29:26]

And Luet [alai'his'slaam] We sent him when he said to his nation;

It is a fact that you people certainly come to that type of illicit sexual activity for which act there is not even a single precedence in the people in times before you people. [29:28] [Read with 26:165;27:55]

What is it that you people indeed come to men [lustfully-heterosexuality]

and you people block the road,

and you people come to the "unfamiliar" in your counsels

[The perversion was so overwhelming that even they did not feel shy] In response his nation had no explanation/response

except that they said, "You bring upon us the punishment of Allah

if you are from amongst the truthful in your statement". [29:29]

Luet [alai'his'slaam] prayed, "O my Sustainer Lord!You help me against the people who are the creators of imbalances/disequilibrium and pollution. [29:30]

And when Our Messenger reached to Iebra'heim [علیہ السلام] with good news [of son],

they said, "It is certain that We are going to annihilate the residents of this town,

o

undoubtedly its inhabitants have persistently been unjust evil mongers" [29:31]

Iebra'heim [علیہ السلام] said, "But certainly Luet [alai'his'slaam] is present therein"

They replied, "We are certainly aware of whoever is therein.

We will certainly first rescue him/Luet [alai'his'slaam] and his household

except his wife, she was from amongst those who stay behind. [29:32]

And when Our Messengers came to Luet [alai'his'slaam] he felt distressed by their coming and felt straitened by their presence with uneasiness

 and they said, "Please be not apprehensive and nor you be grieved.

It is certain that we will rescue you and your household,

except your wife, she is from amongst those who stay behind" [29:33]

It is certain that We are going to bring down upon the inhabitants of this Town

 disquieting punishment from the Sky

since they persistently transgressed/went out of the prescribed bounds". [29:34]

And in that We have certainly left an evident visible sign for those people who discern/distinguish [from signs/marks]. [29:35]

And it is the fact that Luet [alai'his'slaam] was certainly amongst the Messengers. [37:133]

when they entered upon him then/for reason of meeting him they said, "Peace".

He returned salutation saying, "Peace and tranquility", they were unrecognized people. [51:25]

[Finding them unfamiliar faces/not of his place] Then he went to his household whereupon he came back with a roasted calf [to serve the guests appearing to have come from a distant place] [51:26]

thereat he served it to them. [seeing that they have not put out their hand] He said, "Why you people are not eating" [51:27]

thereat for reason he felt the perception of slight apprehension from them,

[noticing this] they said, "Please be not apprehensive;

And they gave him the good news of a knowledgeable son. [51:28]

Sequel to listening this his wife [was standing behind the door for servicing any thing of need for the guests-11:71] came in face to face in a contracted/wrapped state whereupon she covered her face with hand

and said, "An old barren woman [will bear the son]" [51:29]

They replied to her, "This is because, Madam, this has been said by the Sustainer Lord of you.

Indeed He is eternally The Wise, The Knower of all evident and secreted". [51:30]
