  • It (Qur’ān) is Affirmer-Certifier-Sanctifier for that which is found written in the Book which is with you people [from Tor'aat].

  • یہ (قرء ان) اُس کی تصدیق و توثیق کرتا ہے جو اس کتاب میں درج ہے جوتمہارے پاس ہے۔

  • And you people should not become the first disavower of it (Qur’ān) —

  • اور تم لوگوں کو چاہئے کہ اِس (قرء ان) کا انکار کرنے والوں (اہل کتاب)میں اول نہ بنیں۔

  • Moreover, you (the religious leaders/scholars) should not indulge in commercialism gaining a trifling price with My Aa'ya'at: unitary verbal passages of the Book —

  • اورتم لوگوں کو چاہئے کہ اپنے معمولی فائدے کیلئے میری آیات کے ذریعے کاروبارنہ کرو ۔

  • And sincerely aspire to attain salvation exclusively from Me, thereby, sincerely endeavour to attain salvation from Me. [2:41]

  • (اور صرف مجھ سے حفاظت ،نجات و بخشش کے طلبگار رہو،اور پھر مجھ سے اس کے حصول کے لئے تندہی سے محنت کرتے رہو۔ ( البقرۃ۔۴۱

 

  • Thereby, [that commons are misled by conjectural matter] Woe-regret would be the upshot for those people who keep writing the book with distinct titles and caption with their own hands-thoughts—

  • Thereafter having written it they [publish the book] tell the people saying-claiming: "This book contains matter which is according to that communicated by Allah the Exalted"—

  • They say so to gain a commercial benefit of trifling import with it (book written and published by them).

  • Therefore, Woe-regret is in wait for them for that which their hands have written [fascinating, misleading, hypothetical, conjectural hearsay and myths].

  • Moreover, Woe-regret is in wait-is the eventuality for that what they earn-popularity, commercial-financial benefit by it. [2:79]

 

  • Note the factual news about those: scholars - religious elite who conceal - withhold telling people that which Allah the Exalted has compositely sent as part of the Book: Grand Qur'aan —

  • And they gain a commercial benefit of trifling import with this recourse —

  • They are who eat taking into their bellies noting but the fire. [This is because they will have nothing beneficial in their account ledger-3:77].

  • Moreover, Allah the Exalted will not address them on the Day of Rising; And He the Exalted will neither cause their uplift.

  • Be mindful, a severe-grave punishment is prepared - in wait for them. [2:174]

 

  • The authentic news about those people who earn a vile gain/make it a business at the cost of the Contract of Allah the Exalted and their own oaths is that:

  • They are the people for whom nothing of significance shall be available in the Hereafter.

  • And Allah the Exalted will neither address such people nor will pay them attention on the Day of Rising. And nor will He the Exalted cause their uplift/sanctification —

  • Be mindful, a severe punishment is prepared-in wait for them. [3:77]

 

  • Know the historical report: Allah the Exalted had obtained, at a certain point in time, the covenant-pledge of those whom the Book was given:

  • "It is must for you: the clergy, learned, scholarly men of the society that you will distinctly and vividly explain the Book for the common people and you will not conceal-withhold it from people."

  • Thenceforth, for reason of vested interests they discarded-threw away it (the Book) on their backs —

  • And they purposely indulged in commercialism gaining a trifling price substituting it —

  • Consequently; what a disgusting and wretched is the commercialism that they indulge in.  [3:187]

 

  • Know the fact: There are certainly people belonging to and living amongst the People of the Book who believe in Allah the Exalted —

  • And believe in that which has been compositely sent to you people and in that which was foretimes compositely sent to them (books - Toraat and Injeel).

  • Such people remain humble minded and lowly respectful exclusively for Allah the Exalted.

  • They do not conduct business-profession for petty worldly gain with the Aa'ya'at: verbal passages of the Book of Allah the Exalted.

  • They are the people  — their reward is due and in wait from the grace of their Sustainer Lord.

  • Be mindful: Allah the Exalted is certainly swift in accounting-measuring-judging-evaluating-reckoning. [3:199]

 

 

 

  • Indeed Our Majesty had compositely sent the Tor'aat —

  • Guidance: Regulation - information code for aright course of conduct was prescribed therein (within her). And it had the illuminating light - insights in her contents showing the straight path to destination.

  • The Elevated and Chosen Allegiants of Allah the Exalted were adjudging by its standard to those who had submitted for those who had become Jews—

  • And the rabbis and the intelligentsia adjudged with those contents of the Book of Allah the Exalted which survived-remained guarded —

  • And they were attesters upon it.

  • (and they were directed) Therefore, you should not dread people; instead be completely in awe of Me —

  • Take caution that you (the religious leaders/scholars) should not indulge in business with My Aa'ya'at: unitary verbal passages for a trifling price-worldly gain —

  • Be mindful; if anyone decided and commanded not by that which Allah the Exalted had compositely sent:

  • Thereby, they are the people who are in fact the disavowers/non-believers. [5:44]

 

  • O, those/you who proclaim to have accepted/become believers, listen!

  • Witnessing between you by two men of your family-tribe who enjoy just repute is prescribed while making the Bequest [in compliance of injunction 2:180] at the time the natural death has approached someone of you people.

 

  • Or witness two strangers-alien men who are other than of your people-tribe if you were journeying in land whereat the trouble of natural death has reached you.

  • If you people, having felt irritating suspicion about communication of oral bequest, are holding them (two aliens), thereby they both swear by Allah the Exalted, after As-Sa'laat. to the effect:

  • "We wish not any worldly gain in disclosing the bequest of the deceased even if the beneficiary be our near one —

  • And nor we are withholding-concealing the testimony made in the name of Allah the Exalted. If we did that, truly we would instantly be among the Sinners." [5:106]

 

  • They (the aberrant) bartered a trifling worldly gain by going against Aa'ya'at: verbal passages of the Book of Allah the Exalted whereby they hindered people from the High road of Him the Exalted.

  • Indeed evil and extremely harmful is for them what they have long been doing.  [9:09]

 

  • And they (the caravan merchants) sold him (minor boy Yu'suf) at the lowered bargain price, by settled number of Dirhams —

  • While they (the caravan people) were interested more to give him away-get rid of him. [12:20]

 

  • And you people (learned men - scholars - religious elite) should not indulge in business with Allah's Covenant for a trifling price/gain.

  • Fact remains, that which is bestowed by the grace of Allah the Exalted is far better for you people —

  • Should you people intend to understand/know it (you could avoid above business). [16:95]

 


Eight, one-eighth, and eighty

  • And half of the wealth which your Wives have left is apportioned for you (the husbands) if solitary son is not surviving for them (deceased wives) ["for them" was no son includes from previous husband, if any].

  • But in case there was solitary son to grieve for them (deceased wives), thereby, the one-fourth is apportioned as  share for you (husbands) out of that which they (wives) have left.

  • This mandatory apportionment must be executed in times after the bequest that they (death expecting wives) are presently bequeathing [for Mother and Father, Nearer Relatives like orphaned grand-offspring-all who are ] and/or after meeting the debt-obligation of promissory business transaction, outstanding liability.

  • And one fourth is apportioned for them (wives) out of wealth which you have left in the situation when a solitary son is not surviving for you.

  • However, in case there was solitary son to grieve for you, thereby, the one-eighth is apportioned for them (bereaved wives) out of that which you have left.

  • This mandatory apportionment must be executed in times after bequest with which you-husbands expecting death are presently bequeathing [for Mother and Father, Near Relatives like orphaned grand-offspring-all who are ] and/or after meeting the debt-obligation of promissory business transaction, outstanding liability.

  • However, if there was a man or a woman, who is inherited in the state of single-spouseless, survived by a single parent and a son; while a brother or a sister is also alive to bereave him/her, thereby, one-sixth is allocated for either, be a brother or sister.

  • However, in case they are more than one sibling, thereby, they all are the sharer in one-third.

  • This mandatory apportionment must be executed in times after bequest which is being bequeathed expecting death [for Mother or Father, Son, Near Relatives-all who are ] when it is void of inclination-evident injustice by the testator [if so this can be modified as permitted in 2:182] and/or meeting the debt-obligation of promissory business transaction, outstanding liability.

  • This Binding Ordinance of Apportionment of Inheritance is promulgated by Allah the Exalted for adhering it-ever sticking to it.

  • Be mindful, Allah the Exalted is Eternally All-Knowing, eternally imperturbably Forbearing. [4:12]

 

  • Eight families of the quadruped herbivore mammals are descended for you people.

  • Reverting to their assertions about sanctification of yet to born offspring of certain mammals; There are twins fetuses in the belly of animal belonging to species sheep; and twins also in the belly of animal belonging to species goat:

  • Ask them about their arbitrarily declaring fetuses in the bellies of pointed out species of mammals as prohibited for women [6:139]: "Has He the Exalted forbidden the two male fetuses, or disclaiming it you say the two female fetuses? —

  • Which the wombs: fetus - containers [plural: three or plus three] of these two females have suspended/included upon it: the male fetus.

  • Answer me affirmatively if you people were truthful in your prohibitory attribution." [6:143]

 

  • People will keep saying that they were three in number and fourth companion of them was their dog —

  • And others will say that they were five in number and sixth companion of them was their dog, hurling imaginary thoughts —

  • And yet others will say that they were seven in number and eighth companion was their dog.

  • You the Messenger [Sal'lallaa'hoalaih'wa'salam] pronounce, "My Sustainer Lord knows most certainly the number of them; people do not know about them except a few ones [parents or government/police officials of the time when the boys initially went missing]

  • Therefore, you should not enter into controversy about them except the evidently visible point [disclosed above] and nor you should enquire about them from any one of them. [18:22]

 

  • Take note about those who hurl allegation—register a complaint of illicit sex upon the chaste women —

  • Thereafter they did not bring forth—produced four eye witnesses to prove their allegation —

  • Thereupon you people—the Judiciary/executive authority holding them guilty of false accusation —flog them eighty lashes, the object of flogging being restricted to the skin [not excoriation].

  • And henceforth you people should not accept/confront them as witness for ever in future —

  • And they are certainly such people who are transgressors—betray the prescribed bounds — [24:04]

 

  • [A father of two unmarried daughters has many other considerations to care for in the locality] He said; "I intend bonding you in marriage with one of my daughters, these two, upon your awarding me eight lunar years.

  • Thereat, if you completed ten years then that will be from your side—

  • And I do not intend that I might perforce it upon you —

  • You will find me, Allah willing, amongst righteously pious people." [28:27]

 

  • He the Exalted has created you people from an entity-person that acts as individual; retains individuality —

  • Afterwards, He the Exalted rendered a part drawn from that person as his spouse-wife.

  • And He the Exalted has descended for you people eight families of the herbivore mammals.

  • He the Exalted keeps creating  you the living human beings. This creation proceeds in a place within the bellies of your respective mothers. The manner of creation is successive, creation after a stage of creation. This multiple creative process happens inside the three layered darkness (uterus).

  • The above describes for your recognition; Allah the Exalted is your Sustainer Lord. The dominion is the subject exclusively for Him the Exalted.

  • Realize it about miscellany of iela'aha: deities-godheads that are uncritically admired, adorned and worshipped; none of them is alive; none of them organizes, administers or sustains others except He the Alone Sustainer Lord.

  • Therefore, how/for what reason you people turn away [from Allah]. [39:06]

 

  • It-Expanding cloud [] imposed her-Wind upon them for seven nights and eight days consecutively for the purpose of annihilating them entirely.

  • Thereby, you would have seen the Nation of A'ad thrown on ground like as if they were stems of palm-trees tumbledown.  [69:07]

 

  • And over and above them eight are responsible for the Throne of your Sustainer Lord the day it would have happened. [69:17]
